Lovenote
Lovenote ensures that small is indeed beautiful - handmade porcelain jewels - as precious as your granny’s tea cups and as unique as you - please don’t go out breakdancing in them - sipping champagne is fine - we want you to enjoy your Lovenote pieces for many years to come.
We use 100% cotton rope and thread for our tassels and necklaces. We use high quality silver, brass and stainless steel for all of our jewellery components. Our beads are lovingly made from porcelain, terracotta, earthenware, black clay, and reclaimed wood. Our porcelain components are all glazed individually from our selected colour palette.
Our products are all designed and handmade by the Lovenote team in Wellington. Each piece is unique and colours may vary to what is depicted online. We will accept returns on faults and anything that may arrive damaged. See below for our Returns Policy.
Home product
Our plywood products are pretty easy going but we do recommend you fix them to a solid piece of timber like a stud or use an appropriate attachment and try not to load them with more than 5kgs.
Each piece is hand finished and oiled with a plant-based oil. Continued oiling will help to keep your piece in good condition, but don’t allow water to sit for long periods on the furniture – take care when watering plants.

All Hello Home orders are on a pre-order basis at this time. Once we're more established, we'll have stock ready to ship. This product will be saying hello to your home within 6 weeks of ordering.

TRACK & TRACE:
Most of our shipments are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail. On rare occasions, the tracking number does not come through and in these cases feel free to contact our customer service for information about the package.
RETURNS:
Our products are all designed and handmade, or hand finished by the Hello Home team in Wellington. Each piece is unique and colours may vary to what is depicted online. We will accept returns on faults and anything that may arrive damaged, within 21 days of receipt of goods. Contact us to advise you wish to return a product or would like to exchange, should your product be faulty or damaged. Please email your return details to: hellothere@hellohome.co.nz, and please put ‘Return’ in the subject line.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your return your refund will be processed and the money will be transferred back to the card (and linked account) that made the purchase. Normally it takes a few working days for the refund to go through, however, for international credit cards, this process can be prolonged. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service to get an update on your return/refund.
EXCHANGES:
We will exchange goods bought online within 21 days of receipt, should there be a fault or damage in transit. We will cover the cost of returning your faulty or damaged product, and we will cover the outgoing shipping when sending you the exchanged product(s) if the order is within New Zealand.
